The Sanger sequences of amplicons are available from Genbank (Accession Numbers MT756247–97). Illumina reads used as the basis of the k-mer analysis and subtraction are available from NCBI SRA repository (Accession Numbers SAMN15505254–5). The contigs obtained from the subtraction are available on the Dryad repository (https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.pvmcvdnj1), as are the perl scripts to undertake the subtraction and inchworm assembly.
